Ceviche Soho

Credit: Sam worked as a project architect in Schneider Designer, London under the directorship of renown Peruvian architect Jack Schneider. The project were a join force of Schneider Designer and Peruvian restaurateur Martin Morales.

Project Brief: The 1st Ceviche Restaurant in London, it locates in a listed building in London.

What is interesting? This project are designed through a series of workshop with the client. A lot of recycle material and material testing on site, aimed to create a theme of Peruvian fishing village. It was a half year project from we had drawn the 1st line to the completion on site.
