Project Brief: : This small terraced house is situated in North London. The family would like to increase the space and connectivity to their garden leading to a public path and field. A double volume conservatory was proposed to create a dramatic space which brought light to the kitchen and a new living area, which allowed the family a lively space for a variety of activities
Budget: 200K
What is interesting? Due to a limited budget, we were not only doing the design and contract administration. We also assisted the client to shop for materials etc. A very hands-on project that brought us good experience as well as helped the clients to create their dream home.
