Project Brief: A late 19th-century town house, currently a guest house. The proposal is to convert the existing single bedroom at loft level to be 4 en suite bedrooms. Half the storey is raised to accommodate the increased floor area.

What is interesting? This is an ongoing project. Given the building is located in a gentrifying area, it has a good potential to become an attractive boutique hotel. We are working with the owner on the on-going improvement of the building.
